InsuKicks – Employee Benefits (FinTech Award)

InsuKicks was the winner of our FinTech category by Abhijnan AcharyaVivek Chandra Bengaluru SureshSubramanya Ganesh, and Nehal Patil from IIT. InsuKicks is an end-to-end employee benefits platform focused on reducing cost and friction to having affordable benefits for startup employers and employees that suffer from a high-risk business profile.

Kai Care – Physical therapy companion (EdTech Award)

KaiCare took home our EduTech category with 5 Illinois Institute of Technology engineer graduate students: Si Qiang Wu YangChenglong Wu YangMario De Lucas GarcíaIgnacio Gómez Valverde, and Laura Serrano Velazquez. KaiCare, led by KAI the koala, is an AI-powered physical therapy teacher and companion that helps you recover from injuries, improve your performance, and prevent future injuries powered by computer vision.

ENVSN – Dream Journal Generative Art (Creative Art Award)

ENVSN (Envision) took us to the dream world with their Creative Art generative AI. By Albert LunaMaro VogelJustin Abella, Aaron Min Soo Kang, and Alex Stomberg, ENVSN captures the essence of your dreams with precision but also brings them to life through mesmerizing AI-generated images courtesy of the DALL-E API.

Minerva – decentralized online learning platform

Sanjay Sakthivel and Vignesh Ram are tackling the challenges of high tuition costs and access to education by creating a platform where teachers can upload educational videos directly to the blockchain, eliminating the need for a middleman. This approach ensures that resources are more affordable and accessible, benefiting both students, who can purchase courses with cryptocurrency, and teachers, who can earn directly from their content.
